How My Mortgage Referral Program Works
When your referral funds their mortgage with me, you’ll receive a Luxury Hotel Accommodation Package for a 3–5 night stay at premium hotels and resorts in over 100 destinations worldwide. The recipient of this incentive will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, with a retail value of up to $350 USD per night. The only costs to you will be government taxes/fees and possible resort fees—making this an incredible opportunity for an affordable and unforgettable getaway.

How it Works:

Tell me your destination – Once you confirm where you’d like to go, I’ll email you your Luxury Hotel Accommodation Voucher. Here are the list of destinations as of August 2025:

Activate within 30 days – You’ll have 7 days from receiving your voucher to activate it online and pay the activation fee (government taxes and fees). Here are the sample taxes/fees for some of the destinations as of August 2025:

Book your trip – After activation, you’ll have 18 months to book your hotel stay through redeemvacations.com.

Enjoy your getaway – Relax and enjoy your 3–5 night luxury hotel stay.
Important Details & Terms

Destinations: Over 100 locations worldwide.

Occupancy: Voucher covers up to 2 adults (at least one 21+). Some properties allow up to 2 children (under 12) in the same room, depending on room type.

One per household/group: Only 1 voucher per household can be used within a 12-month period. Group travel using multiple vouchers for the same or overlapping dates is not allowed.

Activation & Booking: Must activate within 7 days of receiving. Once activated, you have 18 months to complete your travel. All bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance.

Blackout dates: Not available during major holidays or special resort events. Sunday–Thursday check-ins have the most availability.

Additional costs: You’re responsible for airfare, transfers, food & drinks, gratuities, and resort fees (if applicable). Resort fees vary by location and will be disclosed before booking (e.g., $5–$13/night in Orlando, $16–$38/night in Las Vegas).

Non-refundable & Non-transferable: Once you activate, fees are non-refundable. Once travel dates are booked, no changes are allowed.

Distance rule: You must live at least 100 miles (160 km) away from your chosen resort.

No cash value: Cannot be bartered, sold, or combined with other offers.
